How far will you travel?
Royal Fireplaces have worked in many homes across the Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and North/West Norfolk region, including: Peterborough, Whittlesey, Cambridge, Ely, Chatteris, Market Deeping, Bourne, Stamford, Kings lynn, Wisbech, Downham Market, Spalding, etc.
Do you have liability insurance in case of damage to my property?
Royal Fireplaces have their own Liability Insurance in place in case of any mishaps. However as a Professional company with 30 years of experience they endeavour to do their best in providing a reliable, safe service and looking after your home.
Do you offer a warranty?
Royal Fireplaces provide a 12 month warranty on any work completed. Manufacturers warranty applies on each fireplace, which varies from product to product.
How long will the fitting take?
Each fitting is a new situation and will be treated as such, therefore fitting times will vary depending on a number of variables. However, Royal Fireplaces can give a rough estimate of 10 hours on a standard fitting.
Do you provide after care services such as chimney cleaning?
Royal Fireplaces are qualified to carry out all after care services. They also work with a number of reliable, trusted contractors who are able to provide other services linked to your home, including flooring services, roofing suppliers and painter/decorating services.
What if I don't have a chimney?
Royal Fireplaces can offer you a full service from design through to completion. Not having a chimney is not a problem, and there are plenty of options available which will be explained to you when our surveyor completes their initial visit.

No returns. Deposit required upon placing order. All deposits and payments are non refundable. Balance due on day of completion. All goods remain property of royal fireplaces until full payments made. 12 month warranty on any work completed. Manufacturers warranty applies on each fireplace, which varies from product to product. Please ask us for more information on warranty when considering which product you would like for your home.
